RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Email info@keparimethod.com to initiate return, specifying item, order number and reason for return. Once accepted mail returned items to PO Box 15031 Aspen Woods PO, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T3H 0A8
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returned items must be received within 14 days of starting the return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE on all Canadian Orders over $50.
Please note that orders may take 5-15 business days from the date that it is purchased.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 10-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method and final destination of the order.
For U.S. & International orders, we will use Canada Post to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
Shipping cost is $20 to US destinations (free on orders over $200) and $30 to international destinations (free on orders over $300).
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes Kepari Method to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the buyer agrees Kepari Method may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a customs broker. The buyer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
OUT OF STOCK / BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
Some items may be delayed due to being on backorder and will be shipped once restocked. Email confirmation / updates will be sent once confirmed.
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, and send the back-ordered item once it arrives. Issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock is also an option.
